Here’s How I Roll

It’s the end of the term, huzzah!  My thesis proposal went swimmingly and I’ve gotten the go-ahead to complete my stop motion animation project.  With all my free time (*cough*) I decided to scan some of the doodles from my sketchbook that I’ve been putting off for weeks.  There’s a few things that are straight and unadulterated, and a few that I’ve been putzing around in Photoshop with.

Another “What I Wore Today” sketch.  I have to keep reminding myself to add these to the Flickr group…

I’ve been obsessed with drawing glasses lately.

A couple of self-portraits drawn from the reflection of my computer screen at school during lectures.

Everyone’s favorite mythological creature.  This was a little shout-out to Spanish illustrator Man Arena and his comic Yaxin the Faun. He was one of my inspiration references in my thesis proposal and I would totally marry his artwork if he’d let me.

I just wanted to draw someone with a really long neck.

This little doodle was inspired by a drawing a friend did of a beautiful woman wearing a beautiful fox mask.

I also got some tattoos I’ve been really really wanting a few weekends ago.  Morgaine did a wonderful job, and she liked them so much she wants to get a set herself.  My identical twin sister Robyn is planning on having her ears tattooed in a complimenting set of dotwork.
